A password can be
exclusively chosen to be used as your security code when assistance is
required. If you have a mobile phone while
you are waiting for the mechanic to arrive we will keep you updated on the
situation. If there is somewhere near that you would prefer to wait, for
example a tea or coffee shop, we will arrange for the driver to meet you
there and take you back to your vehicle.
